Photo Blog Writing Prompt.

Direct Link: [http://www.nicholaslorden.com/outside.html]
The Photographer of the website’s name is Nicholas Lorden. His website pretty much consists of pictures of his friends, small items, and nature. I really like how most of his photos involve nature, and the way he takes them makes his photos look unique and beautiful. On regular photos that we take, having glares and lights makes out photos look bad, but when it comes to Nicholas’ work it is a whole different story.

Logo Design History

Batman Logo:
·         Batman represents one of the twentieth century's greatest mythic heroes.
·         Batman states that he wanted to have a yellow mark in the logo because it would serve as an easy target, and that part of the costume was bullet resistant.

·         The Chanel logo design was designed in 1925 by Coco Chanel herself and remained unchanged ever since.
Stussy Logo:

Comparing Best Buys and The Apple Store

1.      The Apple store looks a bit more “futuristic” and advanced than Best Buy does because of the type of products that they sell, and everything is all white inside the store. Best Buy is much bigger than the Apple Store. For the process of buying a product in Best Buy’s online, you were to search for a product that you want. On the screen, they will show you reviews, a brief description of the product, and the price of the product. If you were interested in buying it, you will click “Add to Cart”. The product leaves their warehouse in one business day, and the screen will show the delivery options, and will list the total price, depending on what delivery options you choose. For the process of buying a product online in the Apple store, it is the same way as Best Buy’s process, but you are able to choose what type of shipping you want to have. For example, if you want the product to be sent to you within one or two days, it will cost you $10.00 more.
2.      Their colors and fonts are different. Best Buy is selling all types of electronics, while Apple is selling only Apple brand electronics. Their menu buttons (the navigation buttons on the top of the site) say different things. You are able to translate the site to a different language in the Best Buys website, but cannot do that in the Apple website. The Apple website has no advertisements, but Best Buy’s website does.
